(-1) Ability: Planned Obsolescence [mind] (Mind vs. Mind Challenge) - If someone is using a type of good that you developed and produced using Pioneering New Markets, you may declare it obsolete. It is no longer functional or useful (except perhaps as an antique). (-1 per use) One Use: Production (No Challenge) - Begin manufacturing a type of good that your factories have the plans for. You can keep producing each subsequent session as long as you continue to spend Influence points to fuel the manufacture. The quantity and quality of the goods depends on the amount and type of Influence spent.
