(-1 per level) Property: Supplementary Income - Some of the wealth that PCs and NPCs spend to ride on your trains (and, to a much lesser degree, the trolleys) filters up to you in the form of various kinds of Influence points.  Depending on how exotic the origins of those taking the trains into Victoria may be, you could end up with some strange Influence points indeed from this Property.  Generally grants you about one Influence point per session per level of Supplementary Income; more if many people are taking the trains, less if very few are.

(-2) Attack: Tie You To The Tracks (Body) - Take your now-helpless victim to the Train Station and roleplay tying him/her to the tracks.  You must then leave the Location (although you may make a brief megalomaniacal speech first), and indeed the general area, to attend to other matters.  Anyone may untie the target, but if no one has done so in five minutes, he/she is killed.

(-2) Ability: Steam Power! [body] (No Challenge) – Your target Recovers a point of Body.  If he/she has the “Device” Trait, he/she recovers all of his/her Body instead.  May not be used on yourself.

(-1 per use) One Use: All Aboard! (No Challenge) – Allow any number of people to leave Victoria on the 1:00 AM train passing through the Train Station on its way from the Railway Depot.

(-2) Recovery: Convenient Transport - Travel by train or trolley to Recover a point of Body.  Once per hour maximum.

(-1 per level) Influence: The Railroads

(-1) Modifier: The Railroads -> Just Stepped Off The Train.  What Are You Looking At? - You may expend one or more points of Influence: The Railroads to make a Body vs. Integrity challenge against a Location, adding the number of points spent to your total.  No one may assist you in this challenge.  If successful, enter a Secure Location with any number of people.

(1*) Flaw: Scheduling Difficulties - You may only travel between Locations on the ten-minute marks of every hour (:00, :10, :20, :30, :40, :50) unless you expend a point of Mind to leave immediately.
