(-1) Ability: Larceny [body] (Body vs. Security Challenge) – If you succeed in your Challenge, you and up to (your base Body) other people may enter a Secure Location. (-1 per use) One Use: Staking A Claim (Soul vs. Integrity Challenge) - If you succeed in an unassisted Soul vs. Integrity challenge against a Location, you may give it the "'s Territory" Property, replacing anyone else who had claimed this Location as his/her Territory. You may have at most (your base Soul) Territories at any given point in time. You automatically succeed in challenges against Locations that are your Territory, and will find it easier to influence and affect them over time. (-1) Recovery: Greed - When you obtain a potentially valuable item that you've never had before, Recover one point each of Mind and Soul. (-1 per level) Influence: The Streets (-1) Modifier: The Streets -> Word On The Street – You may expend a point of Influence: The Streets to draw a Rumor from the Rumor Deck, then put it back when you are done reading it. (1* per level) Flaw: Wanted - For one reason or another, your activities have managed to attract the attention of the authorities... or perhaps someone far, far worse. Level 3 is the highest level of Wanted, at which point it may be impossible for your character to pursue a normal career or even interact with certain other PCs without being arrested. --- -1 CP or 1* to continue past this point --- (-2) Property: Fearsome Determination – You may expend points of Soul as well as Body to add to your total in Body combat, but only if it is directly related to one of your Motivations. (-1) Attack: I'll See You Again (Soul) - At some point up to (your current Soul attribute) sessions from now, including the current one, you may go out of game and indicate to the target (or have a GM do this for you) that he/she feels powerfully drawn to a specified Location (where your character is) and must attempt to go there immediately. (-1) Ability: Wary Gaze [mind] (No Challenge) – Name one of the three attributes. Your target must reveal his/her number for that attribute. He/she must also indicate whether he/she has an Attack for that attribute, and if so, he/she must name it. Once per target per session. (-1 per use) One Use: I Will Not Relent (No Challenge) – If you have just lost a combat, after any Attacks have been used on you, instantly Recover all of your Soul and immediately initiate combat against the victor. You may activate this Ability to initiate combat even after you just died, although the Attack that you are shrugging off returns after this second combat is finished. You may not use this Ability more than once in a single Scene. (-2) Recovery: This Is My Home - You may use the "once per session" Recoveries of all Lower-Class Locations once per hour instead. (-1 per level) Influence: Place [specific] (-1) Modifier: Place -> This Will Suffice For Our Purposes - You may expend a point of Influence: Place to have that Place exist in-game as a Location from when you enter it until you leave. This requires the GMs to be aware of the Place so that they can write it up as a Location between sessions. (2* per level) Flaw: Unnerving - Every combat that you're a main participant in, you must decline assistance from (your level of Unnerving) would-be helpers, indicating that they are put on edge by your presence too much to bring themselves to come to your aid. Goes up to Level 3. --- -2 CP or 2* to continue past this point --- (-2) Property: A Face In The Crowd - You may at any time become hidden in a Lower-Class Location. Your Obfuscation is equal to the Location's Population. If you are Noticed, you are no longer hidden and may not use A Face In The Crowd again for the remainder of the Scene. You may not speak or interact with others while hidden in this way. (-1 per level) Attack: A Glint In The Shadows (Mind) - Your target must spend a point of Soul whenever he/she wants to enter a Lower-Class Location for (your level of A Glint In The Shadows) sessions, including the current one. (-2) Ability: Ducking Into The Sewers [body] (No Challenge) - Travel "instantly" from any Open Air Location or street to any other Open Air Location or street with up to (your base Body) other people. (-1 per use) One Use: A Knife In The Back (Requires Body Combat) – You may only use this Ability when you initiated combat against your target as he/she was leaving the Location, after at least five minutes of interaction with him/her. Instead of using a Body Attack, you may activate A Knife In The Back to kill your target. (-1 per level) Recovery: Welcome To My City - Give someone a whole new appreciation for or awareness of Victoria and Recover a point of each attribute per level of Welcome To My City. (-1 per level) Influence: The Underworld (-1) Modifier: The Underworld -> Where The Streets Have No Name - You may expend a point of Influence: The Underworld during a session to cause a Location to go from "Upper-Class" to classless, or from classless to "Lower-Class". This change is sometimes permanent and sometimes not, depending. (2*) Flaw: The Gaudy Roar - You must expend a point of Soul to enter any Upper-Class Location.
