Occupation: Worker ------------------ (-1, -2, -3, ...) Property: Endurance - Each level of Endurance allows you to store one more point of Body than your base Body score otherwise would. You start each session with your endurance fully stocked, and may restore and expend it through the usual means. (-1) Attack: Help Me Work (Mind) - The target must tell you how many points of Body he/she currently has. You may take as many of these from him/her as you can hold. (-1) Ability: Exert [body] (No Challenge) - Instead of expending attribute points to add to your total as a main participant in a Body Ability challenge, you may activate this Ability to add your base Body. (-1 per use) One Use: Fix It Up (No Challenge) - Increase the Integrity of a Damaged Location by your base Body, and remove the "Damaged" Property. Requires a minute or two of roleplay. (-1) Recovery: Work To Do - Recover a point of Body when assigned a new task. At most once per hour. (-1 per level) Influence: Labor (-1) Modifier: Labor -> Sustained Effort - You may spend one minute roleplaying preparation before making a static challenge (i.e. Notice, challenges against Locations, etc) to add your level of Influence: Labor to your total in the challenge. You may only do this once per challenge. (1*) Flaw: Obligations - When assigned a job by your superiors, you must strive to accomplish it. --- -1 CP or 1* to continue past this point --- (-1 per level) Property: Specialized - For each level of Specialized, there is some task or operation that you have been uniquely equipped and/or trained to perform. Typically this gives you access to an Attack or Ability at normal cost. Examples include Medical Drone, Wall-Builder, and Fisherman. (-1) Attack: Immobilize The Threat (Body) - The target must expend a point of Body to change Locations or initiate a challenge of any kind until you release him/her or (your Body * 5) minutes have passed. (-2) Ability: Harvesting Resources [body] (Body vs. Integrity Challenge) - If successful, you stand a chance of acquiring whatever unique resources a Location may provide (communicate with a GM between sessions to see what turns up). These will typically take the form of materials such as gems and ores, but anything is possible. Over time, this will significantly degrade the quality and integrity of a Location. Roleplaying this effect is a must. Once per Location per session. (-1 per use) One Use: Extraction (Requires Body Combat) - Instead of using a Body Attack, you may activate this Ability to process the target, reducing him/her to a potent source of power that can be used to create a mighty device. (-1) Recovery: Resources Acquired - Whenever you successfully use Harvesting Resources or Extraction, Recover a point of Body. Once per hour. (-1 per level) Influence: Resources (-1) Modifier: Resources -> Prospecting - You may expend a point of Influence: Resources between sessions to determine what kind of resources could likely be obtained by Harvesting a specified Location. (1* per level) Flaw: Operational Simplifications - For each level of Operational Simplifications, you have one fewer Motivation. --- -2 CP or 2* to continue past this point --- (-2) Property: Focused - You may expend points of Mind to increase your total in Body challenges, including combat. (-2) Attack: Adaptation (Soul) - The target may not use any of his/her Attacks against you, nor may you be affected by his/her Attacks if they are being used by a different main participant, for (your Soul) sessions, including the current one. He/she may still affect you by using someone else's attacks. This also prevents One Use Abilities from working on you, although they are not used up when someone attempts to activate them and they fail in this manner. (-2) Ability: Attunement [soul] (No Challenge) - You may use your current Location's Recoveries once per hour instead of once per session. You may only be attuned to one Location at a time. Once per Location per session. This may have some residual long-term effects, particularly if used on one Location repeatedly. (-1 per use) One Use: Perseverance (No Challenge) - You may activate this Ability to ignore an Attack that has been used on you, effectively causing it to go away by visibly toughing it out. This may not be used to negate One Use Abilities that were used in place of regular Attacks. (-1) Recovery: Relentless Struggle - Whenever you succeed in a non-combat challenge, Recover a point of Soul. Once per hour maximum. (-1 per level) Influence: Strength (-2) Modifier: Strength -> Situational Fortitude - (Requires Attunement.) You may expend a point of Influence: Strength to use the Integrity of your current Location (if you are Attuned to it) as your personal total in a Body challenge of any kind, including combat. You may not add to this number by expending attribute points. You may not use this in both the Initiative and main challenge of a combat. (3*) Flaw: Single-Minded - You may only focus on one endeavor at a time, and may not pursue any other matters until you have completed the current one. You may expend a point of Mind to switch in mid-task.
