At level two, your next two Mind Abilities are free; etc. (-1) Attack: Stunning Bolt (Body) - The target is jolted unconscious for (margin of success) minutes. He/she may not be challenged during this time, though objects may be taken from him/her and concoctions poured down his/her throat. (-1) Ability: Electrical Channeling [body] (No Challenge) - Instead of expending attribute points to add to your side's total in an Ability, Initiative, or Combat challenge, you may activate this Ability to add the Location's amount of Charge (see below). This does not work if the Charge applies normally (i.e. it is a device-based Ability challenge). Once per Scene. (-1 per use) One Use: Electromagnetic Pulse (No Challenge) - All devices in the Location become broken. You may not activate this Ability to pre-empt any other challenge without a special ability that lets you do so. (-1 per level) Recovery: Power Absorption - You may cause a device that you have with you to become broken to Recover a point of Soul per level of Power Absorption. Requires a few minutes of time; once per device per session. (-1 per level) Influence: Charge (-1) Modifier: Charge -> Static Field - You may expend a point of Influence: Charge to give a Location the following Property while you are within it: "Charged - The initiator of an Ability challenge deriving from a device is at +1 to his/her total in this Location." Multiple uses of this Modifier stack, increasing the bonus, but the effect dissipates at a rate of -1 per session. (2* per level) Flaw: Plugged In - You are at a -1 penalty for each level of Plugged In for all Soul challenges (including combat) in which you're a main participant in non-Charged Locations. May not be purchased above your minimum attribute, and may not reduce your personal total below zero.
