He/she loses his/her next (your Mind) Recoveries; wears off at end of session if not before. (-1) Ability: Depressing Stare [soul] (Soul vs. Soul Challenge) – Social. If successful, write the adjective "depressed" on your target's name tag. This effect lasts until end of session. (-1 per use) One Use: Fortune-Teller (No Challenge) – When you have a willing volunteer, you may draw a Tarot card to tell his/her future. Though the fate dictated by the card will not manifest immediately, you may be assured that it will come to pass sooner or later. (-1) Recovery: Big Top - You may use the Recoveries of the "Abandoned Fairground" Location once per hour instead of once per session. (-1 per level) Influence: The Bizarre (0) Modifier: The Bizarre -> Contortionist - You may expend a point of Influence: The Bizarre to win Initiative if both you and your opponent selected Body Initiative, and if you lost by no more than your level of Influence: The Bizarre. (1*) Flaw: Haunted - The tragic incidents of your role's past will manifest from time to time in your own life, sometimes with unpleasant repercussions.
