Office: Member Of Grid Squad ---------------------------- (0) Property: Grid Wired - This Property requires you to have the "Wired" Trait before you may purchase it. You may access the Network if any squad's Network has been instantiated, regardless of which squad. (variable) Property: Specialized Equipment And Implants - As a member of Grid Squad, you have access to some of the most rare and complex apparatus that the Network's cyberneticists can offer. Each level of this Property allows you to begin the game with one unique built-in device, whose CP cost depends on the functionality provided. (-1) Attack: Loyalty Analysis (Mind) - Determine whether the target has the "Broken" Trait, indicating that he/she is a member of the Broken Squadrons. (-1) Ability: High-Level Authentication [mind] (No Challenge) - When you have assisted someone who is Wired in combat and that person is selecting an Attack to use (as well as who is targeted by it, in relevant cases), you may activate this Ability to make the decision instead of him/her. If you do this, however, you may not select one of your own Attacks to use. (-1 per use) One Use: Network Override (No Challenge) - Give one of your Motivations to someone you know to be Wired. He/she must choose one of his/her own to replace with it. Lasts only for the current session, but may be used in response to an action someone else is taking in hopes of stopping him/her from doing it. (-1) Recovery: Corrective Measures - Make certain that a deviating Machine stays the course and Recover a point of each attribute. (-1 per level) Influence: Loyalty (-1 per level) Modifier: Loyalty -> Failsafe Mechanisms - For each level of Failsafe Mechanisms, you have a device installed that will prevent you from acting against the Network's wishes or disclosing vital information, even under the most extreme compulsion. Suggestions include pain flooding when action contrary to orders is detected, memory erasure when disclosure of vital information is imminent, and total wipe (clearing all Mind effects, but inducing amnesia) when a change in allegiance occurs. (1* per level) Flaw: Invasive Monitoring - When any Network is instantiated in Victoria, Grid Squad will be monitoring some of your activities. The extent and reliability of this monitoring depends upon your level of Invasive Monitoring, which may be bought up to level 3.
