(-2) Attack: One Chain At A Time (Mind) - Give the target a restriction upon his/her actions or thoughts, such as "you may not think about harming me" or "you may not enter the Clock Tower Plaza." This lasts for the remainder of the session. (-1) Ability: Hypnotic Utterance [mind] (Mind vs. Mind Challenge) – After you have spoken with someone for a minimum of one minute on a topic, and during this time you have made a suggestion to him/her, you may activate this Ability to make him/her more receptive to your suggestion than he/she otherwise would be; he/she will feel inclined to do what you suggest unless it would go against one of his/her Motivations. If the target was gazing at a “???” clock or pocket watch when you made the suggestion, you are at a +2 bonus in the challenge. (-1 per use) One Use: Setting The Clock [one use] (No Challenge) – Your target, who must be gazing upon a “???” clock or watch for several seconds, gains the “Ticking” Trait permanently. (-1) Recovery: Safe Confines - When forced or compelled to take an action, Recover a point of Mind. (-1 per level) Influence: Locks And Chains (-2) Modifier: Locks And Chains -> A Barrier To Entry - You may expend a point of Influence: Locks And Chains to give a Location the following Property, which lasts for as long as you are inside: "Locked - You must have the '[a Trait that you have]' Trait to enter this Location." (2*) Flaw: Agoraphobia – You only receive every other Recovery that you normally would from Open Air Locations.
