You have the "Victorian" Trait if you did not already possess it.

(0) Property: Queen Victoria – No one may affect you with Abilities or Attacks unless he/she has something that specifically allows him/her to do so.  Additionally, you may never lose or disguise the "Victorian" Trait; any effect that would cause you to lose this Trait simply fails to work on you.

(-2) Property: Soul Of The City - You may spend points of Soul as though they are points of any attribute.

(-1) Attack: Obey Your Queen (Soul) – If your target has the "Victorian" Trait, he/she must replace one of his/her Motivations (his/her choice) with "Obey Queen Victoria."  This lasts for the remainder of the current session.

(-3) Ability: I Am This City [soul] (Soul vs. Integrity Challenge) – If successful, move a Location’s lighting towards “Well-Lit” or “Dark” or its classiness towards “Upper-Class” or “Lower-Class”.  Alternatively, increase or decrease its Obscurity, Security, Integrity, or Population by 2; this Ability may not lower any of these below zero.  No one may assist you in this challenge.

(-1 per use) One Use: I Hereby Appoint You [one use] (No Challenge) – Invent a new official position and appoint someone to it who does not already have such an office (i.e. the Royal Chronologer, Royal Physician, Royal Investigator Of The Unnatural, etc).  The effects of this are long-term only, but quite significant.

(-1 per level) Recovery: The Strength Of My Citizens - For each level of The Strength Of My Citizens, you may seek out one separate person before the session begins.  These people may choose to allow you to use one of their personal Recoveries, their choice, for the duration of the session to come.  They may still use the Recovery as well.

(-1 per level) Influence: The City Of Victoria

(-1) Modifier: The City Of Victoria -> My All, My Everything - You may expend Influence: The City Of Victoria as though it were any other Influence type that you possess.

(2*) Flaw: Dignity - You may not enter a Lower-Class Location.
