(0) Property: The Royal Physician - You may target Queen Victoria with your Abilities and Attacks.  Additionally, after each Succession, you are capable of performing an operation to fit each of the chosen High Aristocrats to their new positions.

(-1 per level) Attack: Applied Phrenology (Body) – Perform a brief (one minute) operation upon the target to induce a permanent personality change (such as “you are now aggressive” or “you are no longer lecherous”) in your opponent; side-effects may apply.  Once per target per session per level of Applied Phrenology.  Anyone may submit to this willingly, in which case combat is obviously not necessary.

(-1) Ability: Antidote [mind] (No Challenge) - If the target has been poisoned, he/she is cured of all poison-related effects.

(-1 per use) One Use: To Her Majesty's Health (No Challenge) - Remove all deleterious effects currently affecting Queen Victoria.  She must submit willingly to your ministrations (or be subdued) for you to use this Ability.

(-2) Recovery: Peace And Quiet – Whenever an entire Scene (of at least five minutes or so) goes by with no one using an Ability or Attack, recover one point of Mind.  Once per hour maximum.

(-1 per level) Influence: Well-Being

(-1) Modifier: Well-Being -> Staying In Good Health - You may expend a point of Influence: Well-Being to allow the target to shrug off the next disease-related effect that he/she suffers.  Multiple uses do not stack; i.e. a person may have only one instance of Staying In Good Health active at a time.

(1*) Flaw: Fastidious - If something should befall Queen Victoria while you are not present, or if you are unable to help her, lose your next Recovery.  If several bad things happen, lose your next several recoveries, etc.
