This will affect his/her ability to accomplish influence actions and tend to other matters. (-1) Ability: Hear The Ticking [mind] (Mind vs. Mind Challenge) - If successful, learn whether the target has the "Ticking" Trait. (-1 per use) One Use: Ring The Hour (No Challenge) - As a main participant in combat, automatically win the Initiative challenge. Must be declared at the beginning of combat, after allies are declared. (-2) Recovery: Natural Cycles - Recover an attribute point of your choice every hour, on the hour.
